Yes! Every single item we bake is completely gluten-free. We don’t play the “gluten-friendly” game—our kitchen is 100% GF, from the ingredients to the equipment. Safe for celiacs, no second-guessing required.
How do you prevent cross-contamination?
We only use brand-new, gluten-free equipment and utensils in our dedicated kitchen space. Our founder is celiac, so safety isn’t just a priority—it’s personal.
Do your baked goods taste like “gluten-free” food?
Nope! That dry, crumbly texture you’re thinking of? Not here. We bake everything to taste just like the classics you grew up with—moist, chewy, rich, and totally satisfying.
Do you offer options for other allergies too?
Yes! Many of our items are also dairy-free, soy-free, dye-free, nut-free, or vegan. Just check with us before ordering, and we’ll help guide you to the right treat for your needs.
Do you bake custom cakes or party orders?
We sure do! From birthdays to weddings and everything in between, we offer custom dessert spreads that are safe and stunning.
Do I need to order in advance?
For custom cakes, large orders, or party spreads—yes, please! For everyday goodies, just swing by the bakery or check our menu to see what’s fresh that day.
Is your popcorn gluten-free too?
Absolutely. Our popcorn is popped in-house in the same 100% GF kitchen, using safe, trusted ingredients and tons of flavor. It’s a snack you can say yes to.
Do you ship your products?
We’re working on it! Right now, popcorn ships best. Baked goods are available for local pickup, and we’ll shout it from the rooftops when shipping opens up.
